For athletes' parents: how an athlete is registered with the federation
If the athlete trains at a club that is a member of the federation, the coach registers the athlete with the federation. You do not need to open an account or remember a password.
How it works
- Ask the coach for a link. The coach sends you a link on WhatsApp or gives you the club's QR code.
- Open the link and answer the questions: the athlete's first name, last name, father's name, date of birth and other details, and at the end the parent's first and last name. All these details and the parent's phone number will appear on the athlete's ID card. Add pictures of the ID card (or the birth certificate).
- The coach checks. If everything is correct, the coach approves it; if something is wrong, it comes back to you for a correction.

- All four corners visible, text readable, no glare.
- When sending on WhatsApp, choose high quality (HD).
The athlete's data
The site shows only the athlete's name, club and coach. Date of birth, personal ID number, address and document pictures are never public. More: Privacy policy.
If you want to check
Scan the QR code on the federation ID card with your phone: it shows whether the card is valid. You can check the coach's license on the Check a license page.
