Amin Quliyev, a professional kickboxer and member of the Azerbaijan Kickboxing Federation national team, competed successfully at the Byon Madness 5 professional fight night held in Bandung, Indonesia, on 3 October 2026. Fighting in the 67 kg division, he defeated his opponent from France by judges' decision.
The bout took place at Bandung Arena. Ahead of the fight, on 2 October, the federation announced that Amin Quliyev would represent Azerbaijan at the event and said his opponent was a professional fighter of Moroccan origin competing for France. In the same post the federation wished the athlete success on his way to victory.
The win was also reported on the website of the Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Azerbaijan and in the sports press. The ministry described Byon Madness 5 as a fight night of the BYON Combat league.
The Azerbaijan Kickboxing Federation congratulates Amin Quliyev on his victory and wishes him success in his next fights.
