With the support of the Azerbaijan Kickboxing Federation, an open kickboxing tournament was held at the Ağsu Sports Complex on 1 February 2026. It was organised by the Ağsu District Youth and Sport Sector and the "İstiqlal" Sports Club.
25 clubs from 15 districts and cities of the country took part, with nearly 200 athletes in total. The bouts were held under the supervision of a 14-member panel of referees, with a high standard of organisation and at a professional level.
Held amid tense and competitive bouts, the tournament gave young kickboxers a wide opportunity to show their skills.
Photos from the tournament were published on the federation's official Facebook page on 3 February 2026.
